yet made the Hotel booking, we strongly advise to do it at
your earliest convenience.
We are pleased to inform you that you can still contact the

having exactly the same conference facilities until March
5th.
The
official travel agent for the conference hotel reservations is
Viagens Abreu. The reservation of hotels must be made through
this local travel agency, in order to take advantage of the

Hotel Accommodations
A block
room reservation is provided at the Meliá Gaia Porto Hotel, the
official hotel for the conference and conference site, for the
convenience of the participants and are to be assigned on
first-come first-served basis.

Procedure for Hotel Reservations
and Payment
Hotel reservations
Participants wishing to reserve hotel accommodation should
complete the relevant parts of the
Hotel Reservation Form - On line booking, no later than
January 30th March 5th 2010.
Total prepayment of accommodation must accompany this
Application Form. After this date, we can not guarantee
neither this Hotel, nor these prices. So, we advise you
to reserve as soon as possible.
Personal extras (mini-bar, phone calls, ...) shall be paid
directly at the hotel's reception, while doing the check out.
Deposit refund policy
All
cancellations/amendments must be done in written to the e-mail
NPINTO.PORTO@abreu.pt.
In the event of hotel cancellations, your deposit will be
refunded after deducting bank charge/commission and the
following cancellation charges:
- From January 5th to January 30th: 2 nights of refund
will be done
- From February 1st to February 16th: 1 night of refund
will be done
- After February 17th: no refund will be done.
Payment
Payment of
hotel should be made in Euros in the form of credit card
(Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Dinners are accepted)
or bank remittance (all costs at transmitter's charge). If you
make payment by bank transfer, please send a copy of the bank
receipt with the Application Form. Remittance should be made
